产品形貌

番茄凝聚素(Tomato lectin,Lycopersicon Esculentum Lectin(LEL)),是一种十分波动的单亚基糖卵白,约含有等量的卵白质和碳水化合物。据报道其糖类局部由85%阿拉伯糖和15%半乳糖构成,在溶液中大概构成多聚体聚合物。番茄凝聚素固然和土豆凝聚素、曼陀罗凝聚素(DSL)和麦胚凝聚素(WGA)有局部相反的特异性,但在很多多面出现出共同之处。番茄凝聚素LEL可以很好地与血型糖卵白(glycophorin)和Tamm-Horsfall糖卵白联合,可以无效联合和标志啮齿类植物的血管内皮(vascular endothelium)。


本品为绿色荧光素标志的番茄凝聚素(泉源于Lycopersicon esculentum),Ex/Em=495/515nm,经过血管内贯注法或间接染色构造切片能疾速且无效的检测和可视化啮齿类植物的血管和小胶质细胞。
